Full-Time | Highly Reputable National Personal Injury Firm

One of the nation’s leading plaintiff personal injury firms is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to handle complex, high-value cases alongside a top-tier team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution
Conduct case evaluations, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Collaborate with medical experts and internal teams to build strong cases
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience – REQUIRED
Strong litigation, deposition, and trial preparation skills
Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania (or ability to waive in)
Excellent communication, analytical, and advocacy skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $125,000 – $170,000 (commensurate with experience)
Generous bonus structure tied to performance
Work with a nationally recognized, high-performing team
