Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to establish client needs and set personalized treatment goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy focused on prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to enhance the treatment process and provide comprehensive care.

• Implement, monitor, and regularly review individualized treatment plans while adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including session notes and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Lifeline Counseling Solutions, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. You will utilize your skills to empower clients, helping them navigate their journeys toward recovery and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• At least one year of experience in mental health counseling or a closely related field, demonstrating a solid foundation for clinical practice.

• Proficiency in utilizing community mental health resources and knowledge of local service options.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and forge meaningful connections with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
