Employee Benefits Account Manager

We’re looking for an Employee Benefit Account Manager at SullivanCurtisMonroe — for someone who take ownership of their role while working closely with Account Executives and Producers to deliver a strong client experience. You’ll manage day-to-day account service, lead renewals, coordinate with carriers, and identify opportunities to grow client relationships—in Employee Benefits. What You Bring: 5+ years of Employee Benefits experience on the broker side, an active Life and Health license, and strong renewal and client service experience. Experience working with mid to large group clients, knowledge of funding strategies including level funded or self funded plans, and the ability to support claims analysis and reporting are highly valued.
