Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, which is equipped with the latest technology and resources to support the therapeutic process. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Active Physio Clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, using assessments to create tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing and executing individualized therapeutic interventions that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Regularly monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient feedback to maximize outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes and progress reports.
• Educating patients and their families about their recovery journey, addressing any questions or concerns to build trust and understanding.
• Meeting targeted productivity and utilization benchmarks while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Collaborating with other therapists within our organization to provide integrated care for patients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors, each with varying diagnoses and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, valid according to the Board of Physical Therapy regulations.
• Proficiency in performing physical therapy evaluations and treatments both in-person at our clinic and via telehealth when deemed appropriate.
• A strong advocate for patient-centered care, willing to work with a wide range of patient demographics.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
