Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Active Physio Clinic, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults to assess their needs and limitations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and conditions of each patient.
• Regularly reassessing patients to evaluate their progress towards treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Completing all required documentation, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans, utilizing our electronic record system efficiently.
• Educating patients and their families about the recovery process, offering guidance and support to navigate the challenges of rehabilitation.
• Meeting utilization goals and other business objectives, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
• Collaborating with peers from various disciplines within Pro Active Physio to ensure comprehensive care, especially for clients receiving multiple services.
• Embodying the clinic's culture and core values, acting as a representative of our mission in every interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A current and unrestricted state licensure to practice Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
