Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work primarily in the natural environments of our patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring function and mobility, such as manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, injury prevention, and techniques to facilitate recovery and maintain health.
• Uphold confidentiality and security of patient information according to HIPAA regulations while respecting patient rights during the care process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by identifying potential hazards and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and performance improvement activities to enhance the quality of care delivered to our patients.

Qualifications

• A current Physical Therapist license in the state of California is a must.
