This position is in-person, either full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities:

· Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, disability documents).

· Draft and file documents with the probate court.

· Prepare probate inventories, federal estate tax returns, and federal gift tax returns.

· Draft formation, governance, and termination documents for LLCs, partnerships, and other entities.

· Handle other tasks as directed by firm attorneys.

· Communicate professionally with firm clients by email, phone, and in-person.

· Competently use all firm systems (email, phones, calendars, file system, etc.).

 

Compensation:

· Annual compensation: determined on a case-by-case basis, according to experience, productivity, and other factors. 

· Ranges from $40,000 to $70,000 annually.

Billable Hours Requirement:

· 1,400 hours/year, most of which is client work but some of which will be other assigned tasks.

 

Technological Proficiency:

· Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

· Word Perfect.

· Adobe.
