About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its Executive Leadership Team and lead the strategic and operational management of a multi-site manufacturing network. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term operations strategy, driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, and leading initiatives to optimize the manufacturing footprint, capacity, and network. This role requires a leader with a strong background in manufacturing, particularly in highly regulated environments, and a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance. The Vice President of Operations will also be tasked with building and developing a high-performing operations leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and partnering cross-functionally to achieve strategic business objectives. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in food manufacturing, dairy, ingredients, consumer packaged goods, or a similar industry, and experience managing complex multi-site operations with a workforce of 400 or more. Strong financial and commercial acumen, executive presence, and exceptional communication skills are essential.
