How you'll make an impact in this role

• Prepare state-of-the-art operating suites with meticulously arranged equipment and sterile supplies, ensuring a safe, seamless environment for optimal surgical outcomes.
• Partner directly with surgical teams during procedures by anticipating surgeon needs, seamlessly passing instruments, and assisting with hemostasis to maintain an efficient procedure flow.
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety through every stage of care by assisting with pre-procedure preparation, safe positioning, and draping.
• Maintain rigorous instrument tracking and organization throughout procedures to guarantee absolute surgical accuracy, uphold strict safety protocols, and deliver exceptional patient care.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
