Compensation Weekly Draw + Uncapped Commission We invest in our sales team and provide support while you build your territory. Compensation Includes $500 weekly draw during your first 60 days Uncapped commission on jobs generated Performance bonuses Flexible schedule Growth opportunities Ongoing training and support Earnings Potential $50,000 - $100,000+ annually based on performance. Job Requirements High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred 1-2 years experience in the Disaster Restoration field; IICRC Certifications preferred 6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record Good verbal and written communication skills Good customer service skills Highly motivated, strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process Physical Demands and Working Conditions The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
