POSITION OVERVIEW
MyPensionTree is seeking a high-caliber, motivated Inbound / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Coral Gables, FL. In this role, you will be backed by a strong internal infrastructure that provides regular inbound leads—meaning your time will be spent interacting with interested prospects rather than cold-prospecting.

We are looking for a consultative closer who can answer incoming calls from interested business owners, conduct deep-dive presentations on complex retirement strategies (specifically Cash Balance Pension Plans), and guide prospects through to contract completion. We welcome applicants with 2-5 years of experience, but are also actively considering senior, highly experienced pension sales professionals, with compensation scaled up to match advanced expertise.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Management: Promptly handle incoming phone calls and inquiries from qualified inbound leads.
- Direct Consultations: Conduct professional virtual or in-person meetings with interested business owners and decision-makers.
- Warm-Calling Campaigns: Run targeted outreach to warm, company-provided leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled a formal consultation.
- Proposal Generation: Prepare detailed business proposals for prospects, collaborating closely with internal management and back-office technical support teams to ensure accuracy.
- Presentations & Technical Demos: Develop and deliver high-impact slide presentations that clarify complex financial concepts, specifically Cash Balance Pension Plans.
- Deal Closing & Onboarding: Confidently address prospect objections, successfully close deals, execute new business contracts, and facilitate a smooth handoff to the onboarding team.
- CRM Hygiene: Diligently document all communications, pipeline updates, and client touchpoints within the company CRM database.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience Mandate: MUST have prior professional sales experience specifically selling retirement plans, such as 401(k) or pension plans.
- Service Mindset: MUST have a solid foundational background in customer service, displaying strong active listening and consultative communication skills.
- Closing Capability: Proven track record of successfully managing sales pipelines and closing high-value corporate B2B contracts.
- Campaign Execution: Comfortable driving warm outbound initiatives, managing sales volume, and maintaining an organized daily schedule.
- Industry Licenses (Preferred): Active financial industry licenses (e.g., Series 65, CFP, ChFC) or life insurance experience are considered a significant plus, but are NOT strictly required if you possess a strong sales track record in the retirement industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
