We are seeking a strong  LEASING CONSULTANT.  The leasing consultants will work with the Property Manager and team to provide great customer service, meet with prospects and conduct tours, execute leasing  paperwork/contracts, and follow-up with leads to generate traffic to the community.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Actively engage prospects and relay pertinent information about amenities

·         Take diligent notes and record specific details about prospects' needs and wants for their future home

·         Report to Property Manager with updates and list of duties to be completed

·         Stay up-to-date on *special offers* - may change on a daily basis

·         Research surrounding area to adequately communicate the benefits to living in the area

·         Administrative tasks where needed

Qualifications:

·         ***Leasing experience required***

·         Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects and close leases

·         Strong negotiation skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         HUD experience is required
