Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of new and ongoing clients, identifying their unique mental health needs and objectives.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Facilitate therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices tailored to each client.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and clinical observations.

• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic records of all client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards of confidentiality.

• Participate in weekly team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
