Controller Zentech Manufacturing I seeks a Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations for our high-reliability electronics manufacturing business. You will own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, ensuring accuracy, GAAP compliance, and strong internal controls. Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to analyze product and program profitability, improve margins, and support strategic bids in aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and cost accounting for a high-reliability electronics manufacturer Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to executive leadership Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic and operational decisions Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness Monitor manufacturing costs, margins, and inventory valuation; partner with operations to improve profitability Manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting in coordination with external advisors Implement and optimize ERP/accounting systems, financial processes, and reporting tools Develop KPIs and dashboards to track financial and operational performance for key product lines Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance and accounting team focused on accuracy and continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain to support bids, pricing, and strategic projects Required Skills Financial reporting US GAAPCost accounting Manufacturing accounting Budgeting and forecasting Financial analysis and modeling ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) Internal controls and audit readiness Cash flow management Excel and data analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr Institute of Management Accountants, Inc.
