Showroom Administrative Assistant
Job entails: Greeting and helping clients in showroom, ( interest in décor or design experience a plus ), answering phones, setting appointments and assisting store manager, filing and order check in. Answering emails and conducting scheduling on the computer. Position offers room to grow with the growing company.
Seeking an outgoing, friendly individual with customer service skills capable of establishing a connection with customers both in the showroom and over the phone.
Must have administrative and customer service experience. Be computer literate and able to send and receive emails, work on word and excel. Must be organized and reliable. We train you on product knowledge and procedures.
***Full Time position With Great Hours 9am - 5pm M-F and weekends off.
