Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN | Outpatient | 8109-4 Alexandria Pk, Alexandria, KY 41001 Join H2 Health as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Alexandria, Kentucky. We’re welcoming Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates, including new graduates. For most Full-Time outpatient clinicians, H2 Health generally targets approximately 10–12 patient visits per day, with strong administrative support and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to help reduce documentation burden. At H2 Health – Alexandria, you’ll join a team that has served the community for more than 20 years and work with a diverse outpatient population. You’ll collaborate closely with Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and confidence across a variety of rehabilitation needs. Your Role: Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Carry out individualized plans of care and support patient progress Provide therapeutic exercise, balance, mobility, and functional interventions Monitor patient response and communicate progress with the supervising PT Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Kentucky PTA license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification, if applicable Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient-centered care New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required Full-Time: Performance-based bonus opportunities, medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, and additional benefit options.
