Overview Financial Services Associate – Entry Level | South Jordan, UT (Hybrid). South Jordan, UT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite). 6–12 month contract, potential to convert. Kickstart your career in financial services ! We’re seeking Financial Services Associates to support client accounts at a top investment banking firm. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience. What You’ll Do Respond to client account inquiries via phone, email, or chat with accuracy and professionalism Troubleshoot account or service issues and provide effective solutions Document client interactions clearly in internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client concerns Monitor performance metrics and contribute to a positive client experience What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (recent grads welcome) 6 months–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!)
