We're a growing State Farm agency in Riverside looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable team member who enjoys working with people and wants the opportunity to build a professional career.

This position combines customer service and sales. You'll receive hands-on training and have opportunities to work with warm leads and our existing customer base — you're not expected to build a book of business from scratch.

What You'll Do

• Help existing customers with policy and billing needs
• Follow up with warm leads and prospective customers
• Prepare insurance quotes
• Discuss coverage options and help customers find solutions that fit their needs
• Identify opportunities to help existing customers with additional insurance needs
• Build relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Work toward individual and team goals

Who We're Looking For

You don't need an insurance background. Experience in customer service, banking, retail, wireless, leasing, hospitality, automotive, call centers or sales can translate well to this role.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and confident when speaking with customers
• Dependable and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable talking with customers by phone and in person
• Motivated by goals and the opportunity to earn additional income
• Organized and willing to learn
• Positive and team-oriented

Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
