Position Summary: We are seeking a driven, strategic Director of Sales & Account Management to lead revenue growth, strengthen key client relationships, and drive business development across our executive search practice. This role is ideal for a sales leader with a strong background in consultative selling, account management, executive recruiting, or professional services who thrives in a high-performance, results-driven environment.
