Market Research Analyst

Responsibilities Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies to determine product demand and identify potential customers. Research, collect, and analyze data on market conditions, trends, customer preferences, and buying habits of jewelry. Gather information to determine potential sales of a product and plan an advertising campaign. Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies. Help determine the company’s position in the marketplace by researching competitors and analyzing their prices, sales, and marketing methods. Develop plans that will increase sales by improving product quality and creating business plans for upcoming products. Track and resolve customer disputes, claims, and chargebacks to make the buying and selling process as easy and secure as possible for customers. Prepare reports and present results to clients and management. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field or as a general manager in the jewelry sector.
