Inside Sales Rep

Our client, a fast-growing, PE-backed professional services firm, is building out a brand-new inside sales team in New York and is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join at the ground floor. This is a pure outbound, appointment-setting role. You'll be picking up the phone and dialing, not sending email sequences, to reach C-suite and senior decision-makers (global heads of real estate & facilities, VP+) at unicorn- and enterprise-scale companies, booking 30-minute meetings for the sales team. Deal cycles run 6 to 12 months, so your job is opening doors, not closing. What you'll do Run a high-volume outbound phone motion, targeting 150+ dials per day, to book qualified meetings with senior stakeholders at $100M+ revenue companies Work closely with a newly-hired inside sales manager to build and refine the outbound playbook from scratch; there's no established local process yet Manage and prioritize your own pipeline of prospects and follow-ups Hit weekly/monthly booked-meeting targets What we're looking for B2B sales experience, in any industry — this is a hard requirement Comfortable being a phone-first seller; if your current role is mostly email or sequence-driven outreach, this isn't the right fit Open to candidates early in their sales career (first or second sales job) who show strong activity and the right traits, even without formal outbound tenure A track record of getting in front of or booking meetings with senior/C-suite stakeholders at large companies is a plus, but not required Comfortable with a long ramp to full earning potential; commission builds over time as pipeline matures, so this isn't a fast-money role in month one\ Able to work 5 days/week in-office in Midtown Manhattan; non-negotiable Coachable, low-ego, genuinely excited to learn a new product and industry from scratch Compensation Base salary: $60,000 to $70,000 Variable: 1% of gross profit on your own personal deals Long-ramp structure; meaningful commission builds over the first year as your pipeline matures Location: New York, NY (Midtown Manhattan); fully in-office This is an early, ground-floor opportunity to help stand up a brand-new team and shape how it runs, with real upside once the pipeline matures. #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Talent
