Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Holds valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, though not required
• Solid communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals
• Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups, targeting speech and language objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain clear and accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Contribute proactively to meetings and parent communications regarding student progress
