Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current CFY status
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology for remote service delivery
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and federal guidelines
- Provide direct therapy services in-person and via teletherapy, as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Offer professional guidance and education to school staff and families
- Stay current with best practices in the field of pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
