Compensation Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Compensation Coordinator to support our core Human Resources compensation operations. In this role, you will manage daily administrative workflows, maintain data integrity through routine audits, assist with employee inquiries, and support key compensation projects. Start date: ASAP End date: 10/31 but may go longer based on project needs - HYBRID ROLE : 100% ONSITE FOR TRAINING THE FIRST FEW WEEKS  - THEN CAN WORK MONDAY AND TUESDAY IN OFFICE, WED/THURS AND FRIDAY FROM HOME   Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Technical Proficiency: hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (intermediate functions), Word, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.

• Attention to Detail: High precision in data entry, auditing, and document review.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for assisting internal employees and collaborating across HR teams.

Preferred:

• Prior HR experience, particularly within a Compensation function.

• Direct experience navigating or auditing within Workday or PayFactors.

• Background in data analysis, basic reporting, or process mapping (Visio).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Inbox & Ticket Management: Monitor and triage the shared Compensation email inbox, answer employee questions using provided FAQ guides, redirect complex requests, and assist with standard updates (e.g., rescind/correct adjustments).

• Data Audits & Reporting: Run weekly standard reporting files, pull Employee Census documentation, and perform recurring data audits across systems to ensure accuracy.

• Communications & Documentation: Draft and review clear HR communications, format presentation slides, conduct digital accessibility reviews, and maintain project documentation.

• Administrative Coordination: Handle scheduling and calendar coordination for executive and vendor meetings to support overall compensation cycle initiatives.
