Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center that is fully equipped with the latest technology to support effective therapy practices. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their mobility issues and develop tailored rehabilitation programs based on their unique needs and goals.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, ensuring that each patient's treatment plan is based on evidence-based practices and the latest research.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to enhance mobility and function.
• Maintain an appropriate patient load to guarantee quality care, spending ample time on each patient to promote effective outcomes.
• Keep accurate and detailed documentation of treatment progress and interventions using electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery process, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create a comprehensive care approach for each patient.
• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or disciplinary action, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and an ability to create and implement effective fitness and exercise programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, especially WebPT, for precise documentation and patient tracking.
• A commitment to staying informed about the most current research and practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of successful patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• A deep understanding of and experience with evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
