Het personeelsbeleid en de HR‑strategie zijn gericht op continuïteit: zorg voor het kind en gezin kan alleen geleverd worden als er ook zorg is voor voldoende, goed toegeruste en gemotiveerde medewerkers. Daarbij zoekt KinderThuisZorg steeds de balans tussen medewerkersbelang en organisatiebelang. HR ontwikkelt zich hierin verder tot strategische partner die trends signaleert en bijdraagt aan toekomstbestendige keuzes. Samen met 3 HR‑adviseurs en 2 ARBO‑adviseurs werk je aan: Organisatieontwikkeling en strategische personeelsplanning. Pro-organisatie: Het begeleiden van groei‑ en organisatieontwikkeling Adviseren van Raad van Bestuur en collega‑verbinders over HR‑vraagstukken. Het leiden van HR gerelateerde projecten. Aanscherpen en bewaken van HR‑processen en meerjarenbeleid. HBO+ opleiding en ruime ervaring in een strategische HR‑rol. Affiniteit met zorg, welzijn of maatschappelijke organisaties. Sterk in arbeidsrecht, cao’s, verzuimbeleid, organisatieontwikkeling en data‑analyses. Ervaring met systemisch werken, coachend leiderschap en tribale rollen. Je bent een echteverbinder: luisterend, analyserend, snel schakelen en anderen in beweging brengen. Kennis van NLP is een pré. Wat bieden we jou?
