Strategy and Operations Associate

About the Role We’re looking for a Strategy and Operations Associate to help build and scale a new product line from the ground up. This is a highly hands-on role working closely with leadership. You’ll help solve the strategic, operational, and commercial problems required to launch and grow the product line, with significant ownership over projects from idea through execution. As this is a new product line, the work will change quickly. What You’ll Do Help build and scale a new product line from the ground up. Work closely with leadership on the highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives. Research markets, customers, competitors, and potential opportunities. Analyze business performance and develop insights to inform decisions. Evaluate new markets, products, partnerships, and growth opportunities. Design and implement operational processes as the business scales. Work with customers, partners, and internal teams to solve problems and improve the product. Coordinate complex initiatives and drive them through execution. Identify operational bottlenecks and develop practical solutions. Take ownership of ambiguous problems and figure out how to solve them. What We’re Looking For No experience required and new grads okay, but time in strategy, consulting, investment banking, private equity, operations, finance, or a similarly analytical environment is a bonus. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong research abilities and genuine intellectual curiosity. High attention to detail. Ability to break down complex problems and develop clear, practical solutions. Strong organizational skills. Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment. High ownership and a bias toward action. Willingness to get into the details and do whatever is necessary to build the business.
