Jupiter Environmental Laboratories, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team in Jupiter, FL! This is a great opportunity to bring your financial expertise to a dynamic environmental services company where your work truly makes an impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping the numbers in order, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare invoices
- Collect overdue accounts
- Manage vendor payments
- Assist with ordering consumables
- Maintain customer and vendor accounts in Quickbooks Online
- AA or 2+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate with clients and vendors
- Ability to learn new software programs, proficiency in excel and Microsoft products
