This full-time position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while meeting clients in a telehealth format. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Greenleaf Psychotherapy LLC, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, including conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities to individuals, couples, families, and groups to foster emotional and psychological healing.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care plans for clients, facilitating referrals to other professionals as needed.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
