What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons on patient diagnosis and treatment
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans under supervision
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic studies and imaging
• Assist in surgical procedures and patient management pre- and post-operation
• Educate patients and families about conditions, recovery, and rehabilitation
• Perform orthopedic procedures such as joint injections and office-based treatments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
• Participate in rotational call coverage as assigned
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Support quality improvement and departmental initiatives

What You Need:

• Valid Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in Vermont
• At least 1 year of orthopedic or surgical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform procedures including injections
• Commitment to patient safety and collaborative care
