100% Outpatient | No Call | No Weekends | Up to 450K + Bonus

Join a physician-led, value-based Cardiology practice in Miami designed around high-quality patient care and a sustainable work-life balance. With no hospital responsibilities, call, or weekend coverage, this is an opportunity to focus entirely on outpatient cardiovascular care while enjoying a predictable schedule and strong support.

• 100% outpatient General Cardiology
• No call, weekends, or inpatient rounding
• See 15-20 patients per day
• Work alongside primary care physicians, care managers, and support staff in a collaborative care model

• Up to 450,000 base salary + 10% annual quality bonus
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• 3,500 CME allowance and 5 CME days
• 401(k) with employer match
• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Fellowship-trained General Cardiologist
• Comfortable practicing in an outpatient, senior-focused setting
