Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work onsite at our well-equipped Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida, surrounded by collaborative professionals who share a commitment to patient-centric care. You will engage in a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, with 40 hours dedicated to patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their condition and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patients' specific needs and goals, demonstrating expertise in various treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, ensuring a coordinated approach to rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment strategies and self-management techniques to promote long-term wellness and recovery.
• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to align with physician directives.
• Document patient cases accurately and timely within the electronic health records (EHR) system.
• Engage with the community through outreach activities, establishing relationships that support our mission of health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the privilege of treating a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric patients, and sports-related ailments. You will tailor your therapeutic techniques to meet the unique physical and emotional needs of each patient, fostering an environment that encourages healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Possess a valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Confidence and competence in using healthcare information systems, such as electronic medical records.
• Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with patients to support their recovery and functional goals.
• A passion for connecting with people and contributing positivity to their lives.
• Current CPR certification from a recognized authority.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience in delivering treatments across a wide range of specialties, including sports medicine and pediatrics, will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
