Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing functional abilities and range of motion to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's condition, utilizing modalities such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and education.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to meet rehabilitation goals effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, utilizing shared insights and expertise to drive care quality.
• Provide essential training and education to patients and caregivers on their rehabilitation processes, encouraging active participation in recovery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, establishing a rapport with patients to enhance their engagement and satisfaction throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Adhere to professional guidelines and the facility's operational goals, including maintaining productivity metrics and quality assurance measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Body Postural Correction Orthopedic Rehab, our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and conditions related to sports medicine, pediatrics, and neurology. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with healthcare colleagues.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manual therapy techniques and the application of current therapeutic modalities.
• Specialization in sports rehabilitation or experience with pediatric and neurologic patient populations.
• Prior involvement in community outreach initiatives, wellness programs, or educational seminars related to physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
