Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient, taking into consideration their physical limitations and personal aspirations.
• Utilize your clinical judgment and expertise to implement effective treatment interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modern modalities.
• Engage in hands-on therapy sessions with patients, providing guidance and support during exercises that promote recovery and improve functionality.
• Maintain clear and supportive communication with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues to provide updates on progress, address concerns, and recommend home exercise programs.
• Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic health records to ensure compliance with professional and organizational standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and enhance coordinated care efforts for our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals who are recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and sports-related injuries. Our patient population values a compassionate and personalized approach to recovery, and as a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in their journey towards optimal health.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in physical therapy or related clinical fields, showcasing your capability in providing rehabilitative care.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Outstanding communication skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation facility or outpatient clinic setting with a diverse patient population.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
