Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough client evaluations utilizing diagnostic tests to assess muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities.
• Assess clients' home environments and provide recommendations to enhance their independence during rehabilitation.
• Implement and adjust physical therapy services as prescribed by medical professionals, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual exercises, traction, and various modalities.
• Evaluate, fit, and adjust orthotic and prosthetic devices, and suggest modifications as necessary.
• Document clinical records meticulously, including assessments, progress notes, and care plans, while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively plan and review client treatment strategies.
• Prepare clients and their families for therapy, instructing them on the use of devices and the overall care process.
