Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to identify functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing, implementing, and modifying customized treatment plans based on individual patient evaluations and progress.
• Providing consultation to referring healthcare providers throughout the patient's continuum of care.
• Delivering quality education to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols, home exercises, and recovery processes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of treatments, outcomes, and applicable charges for services rendered.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to evaluate treatment effectiveness and implement necessary changes to enhance patient outcomes.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, aiding their professional development and maintaining a cohesive team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive at USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
