Development Director
Japanese Community Youth Council
The Japanese Community Youth Council (JCYC) is youth development organization located in San Francisco. JCYC has been selected as the 2023 California Nonprofit of the Year by Assemblymember Phil Ting. JCYC is one of San Francisco’s most successful child and youth development service organizations serving young people from all racial and socio-economic backgrounds. The organization is firmly guided by principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, emphasizing representation, inclusion, belonging, employee growth, a conducive learning environment, and an intentional commitment to its participants.
ABOUT THE POSITION
JCYC seeks a passionate and results-driven Development Director to join their leadership team. The Development Director will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by leading fundraising efforts, cultivating donor relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to support their growth and impact. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in nonprofit fundraising, team leadership, and strategic planning.
