Billing Specialist

firstPRO 360 is seeking an Billing Specialist for an immediate full time opportunity in Alpharetta, GA. This individual will be responsible for preparing and tracking all billing payments, preparing monthly statements, maintaining accurate records and reporting, as well as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as needed. Prior experience using Microsoft Excel, as well as various systems (ERP, CRM) and databases is preferred. Responsibilities Preparing, sending, processing and tracking billing payments Following our company's guidelines and billing procedures Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as needed Keeping accurate records in our system and make updates to customer info as needed Following up with customers concerning payment issues or missed or late payments Preparing monthly statements Qualifications Associate's/Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred 2+ years of Billing experience outside of hospital/healthcare Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups) Excellent interpersonal skills.
