Coggins Auto Group is growing, and we’re looking for an Accounting Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys being an important part of a busy dealership team.

This isn’t just a data-entry desk job. You’ll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while working alongside a supportive, down-to-earth team that values reliability, accuracy, and positive energy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks


• Working in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook daily


• Entering and organizing financial and dealership data


• Supporting reporting, paperwork, and document management


• Helping maintain accurate records and smooth office operations


• Working closely with multiple departments in a team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organization


• Comfortable using Excel, Word, and Outlook


• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed


• Reliable, dependable, and motivated to learn


• Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience required


• Someone who enjoys staying busy and keeping things on track

Experience Required
