Legal Counsel Insured Litigation

Global Medical Response seeks a Legal Counsel, Insured Litigation to manage and resolve insured claims and litigation for our nationwide medical transportation operations. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of lawsuits and claims, coordinate with outside counsel, develop litigation strategy, and ensure timely, cost-effective resolutions. You will analyze risk, draft and review pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, and advise business leaders on legal exposure and compliance with healthcare and insurance regulations. Collaborating across claims, operations, and risk teams, you’ll support patient-focused services in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
