Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, utilizing proven methodologies and assessment tools to inform treatment plans.

• Create individualized treatment strategies grounded in evidence-based practices, utilizing therapeutic techniques suitable for individuals, groups, and families.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to develop comprehensive care plans that holistically address clients’ needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, applying your clinical expertise to help clients navigate acute psychological distress.

• Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health literacy and reduce stigma, ultimately increasing community access to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, consisting of individuals and families from various backgrounds, experiences, and socio-economic statuses. You will be tasked with addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive environment, fostering therapeutic relationships, and implementing culturally competent practices to meet the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Hold a master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with diverse populations.

• Show a commitment to cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity in working with clients from various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of case notes and reports.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling setting is preferred.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and virtual treatment modalities is advantageous.

• Prior involvement in community outreach or mental health education initiatives is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and credentials. Employees will benefit from:
