Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client’s unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are responsive to clients' goals and challenges, revisiting and adjusting these plans as progress is made.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions as well as group therapy sessions that tackle various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, ensuring a judgment-free space.

• Engage in regular consultation with your colleagues, including psychiatrists and peer therapists, to create comprehensive support systems for your clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and educational workshops to stay current with the latest best practices in mental health treatment, adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

• Provide feedback and contribute ideas to enhance our service delivery and program effectiveness, helping to shape the future of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that encompasses various ages and backgrounds, providing care tailored to the specific needs of individuals battling emotional challenges. Your role is crucial in guiding clients through tough periods and fostering resilience in the face of adversity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license or certification in the state of Arizona (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, specifically with individuals facing a range of emotional challenges.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport quickly and effectively engage across diverse populations.
