Work Environment\n

The role operates in a hybrid model, with a remote work setting that allows for flexibility while engaging directly with students and faculty through virtual platforms. Our hours of operation for this position are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the potential for occasional evening shifts and a rotating weekend schedule. Team members may also be required to participate in on-call duty for urgent mental health support.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily activities will involve:

• Designing and executing individualized treatment plans that address mental health concerns while promoting emotional well-being and successful integration into the school environment.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions specific to ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, ADHD, and trauma.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing personal growth, emotional regulation, and the development of effective coping techniques.

• Collaborating closely with teachers, speech and occupational therapists, and other professionals to foster a holistic approach to student care.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring students receive timely assistance when needed.

• Delivering psychoeducation to students and families, equipping them with knowledge regarding mental health conditions and the resources available to them.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in team meetings and professional development activities to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
