As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will collaborate with fellow professionals through virtual meetings to discuss cases, develop individualized plans, and ensure optimal service delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.

• Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with each child's unique needs and family priorities.

• Monitor and document progress, actively contributing to team meetings to discuss outcomes and necessary adjustments to care strategies.
\n
• Engage with families, providing support and education about child development and evidence-based practices, equipping them with tools to foster their child’s development.

• Utilize the coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to empower families in enhancing their child’s growth.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations to maintain compliance and ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets the youngest populations—infants and toddlers—many of whom face significant developmental challenges. You will provide critical early intervention services that help address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. Your work is vital in ensuring these children have the best possible start in life, setting the foundation for their future success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
