Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and eligibility for services.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families, caregivers, and other team members.

• Monitor and document child progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Provide ongoing support and counseling to families, empowering them to actively participate in their child's developmental journey.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining high ethical standards and documentation practices.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and refine approaches to individual clients.

• Promote a healthy learning environment by building rapport with children, families, and colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in facilitating their growth in essential areas such as physical development, cognitive skills, social-emotional relationships, and effective communication. Qualifications\n
