Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs, utilizing tools in line with the State professional counselor’s scope of practice, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and address the unique challenges of the patient population.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to support effective mental health management.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to create a comprehensive care strategy that aligns with their goals and expectations.

• Serve as a connector and resource for patients, coordinating referrals and establishing relationships with other clinicians and healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
