Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect these findings.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to help clients overcome dependencies and promote emotional and mental well-being.

• Set achievable treatment goals in partnership with clients, adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain integrity in the therapeutic process.

• Document client progress and interventions in detailed progress notes, ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations and collaborating with the clinical director for chart audits.

• Work closely with different members of our team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to care, ensuring our clients receive holistic treatment.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision sessions and staff meetings to share insights and contribute to staff development initiatives.
\n
• Engage in quality improvement projects that aim to enhance the overall standard of care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals facing various mental health disorders alongside potential substance use issues. This role requires a deep understanding of these complexities and the ability to address the intertwined nature of these challenges. You will play an important part in guiding clients through their recovery process by offering support, expertise, and compassionate care on both individual and group levels.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or a related field.

• Valid LCSW licensure is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in social work, particularly within substance use or mental health settings is essential.

• Proven clinical experience along with knowledge in case management and treatment methodologies relevant to mental health.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in electronic documentation and case management software, specifically KIPU Systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and an understanding of trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to addiction recovery and mental health treatment.

• Previous work in a community health clinic or similar healthcare settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
