Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your educational background, training, and clinical experience to conduct independent psychosocial assessments and diagnoses for patients experiencing substance dependence and related issues.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment, to help clients achieve recovery milestones.

• Engage proactively with interns, peer groups, and other therapists to enhance therapeutic efficacy and share best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients, tracking treatment responses and progress toward goals, which can be conducted through telehealth platforms or in-person sessions when necessary.

• Facilitate medication management by monitoring clients' adherence to prescribed treatment regimens, evaluating side effects, and assessing the effectiveness of therapies.

This position specifically focuses on clients in a detox center, many of whom are confronting the complexities of substance use disorders. Qualifications\n
