Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients dealing with mental health challenges, ensuring a strong focus on their unique needs.

• Engage with clients to foster trust and rapport, employing evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques aimed at promoting recovery and empowerment.

• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to advance shared goals, exchanging vital client information to enhance care coordination.

• Implement and monitor individualized care plans, ensuring that clients have access to appropriate services and support systems.

• Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies for brief and comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health status and needs.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, demonstrating skills in risk assessment and management to safeguard client well-being.

• Document interactions and client progress meticulously, ensuring all data is accurately recorded according to organizational standards and submitted in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and communities who may have experienced barriers to accessing mental health care. You will be supporting clients who are experiencing acute and chronic mental health conditions, providing them with the skills and resources necessary to navigate their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW licensure in the state of Texas with a strong ethical foundation in clinical practice.

• Expert knowledge in mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment options, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and health care teams.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated skill in working with diverse populations, fostering an inclusive environment that respects various backgrounds and traditions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focusing on mental health in a community health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition, our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off to support your work-life balance.
