Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse array of patients, engaging in the following key responsibilities:

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to meet each client’s preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, strictly adhering to HIPAA and other relevant regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to guarantee comprehensive care for patients.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to integrate best practices and continually elevate the quality of care offered.

• Educating clients and families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering patients to engage in their care.

• Managing a full caseload efficiently and ensuring that treatment objectives are met in a constructive and timely manner, in line with the standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n
